Blockquote/Quote box

I know I have not been not for a long time but I have been trying to figure out how to add a vertical line to make it look like a quote box. So now let me teach you how it is medium to easy to learn how. After you learn it, it would be fun to add quote now :D.
2 different ways
1st - List them like this:
  1. But when a young lady is to be a heroine, the perverseness of forty surrounding families cannot prevent her. Something must and will happen to throw a hero in her way.
The code:
1. Put the code any where you want, but don't put it at the very begining or it won't work. Change it to you prefences like:
Font-family: Font
Color: #color
font-size:00px
line-height:00px;
border-left:0px solid #border color
2. I almost forgot you can change the width if you want
3. Start quoting using this code:
2nd - Blockqoute code way. like this:
If he had been wavering before as to what he should do, which had often seemed likely, the advice and intreaty of so near a relation might settle every doubt, and determine him at once to be as happy as dignity unblemished could make him. In that case he would return no more. Lady Catherine might see him in her way through town; and his engagement to Bingley of coming again to Netherfield must give way.
1. Copy the code:
2. put it any where you want, but not at the very top or it won't work.
3. Just change one side of the border color and nothing else, like this:
border-top: none; border-right: solid none; border-bottom: solid none; border-left: solid red;
4. Change the border color like this:
border: solid red;
5. Now start quoting, using this code:
If you guys want background added to your box then use this code (at the end or the middle): background-color:#color; change where it said #color.
So enjoy quoting :)
